5 mil demissões e 200 agências fechadas é o plano dos Correios
Com o objetivo de entrar no “azul”, os Correios esperam que o plano de demissão voluntária receba a adesão de pelo menos mais dois mil funcionários. Até o momento, três mil trabalhadores já entraram no programa. Além disso, a empresa pública também planeja fechar 200 agências em 2017.
O presidente da estatal, Guilherme Campos, disse que o objetivo é tirar os Correios da maior crise financeira de sua história. Só nos últimos dois anos o rombo chegou a R$ 4 milhões. “A nossa expectativa é ficar em torno de 5 mil. Só os 3 mil que já aderiram já representam uma economia anual da ordem de R$ 400 milhões”, disse Campos
“Estamos trabalhando para reverter esse quadro. O objetivo é colocar a empresa no azul neste ano”, complementou.
Já o prazo para adesão ao Plano de Desligamento Incentivado para Aposentados (PDI), que foca em funcionários acima dos 55 anos, está em vigor e termina na próxima sexta-feira (17).
