A gratuidade da passagem para idosos com menos de 65 anos e para pessoas com necessidades especiais em transportes públicos municipais, foi suspensa ,nesta terça-feira (6), em Petrolina no Sertão de Pernambuco.
De acordo como Sindicato das Empresas de Transporte Coletivo do Vale do São Francisco (Setranvasf), a decisão é do Tribunal de Justiça de Pernambuco, através de uma Ação de Inconstitucionalidade, e já está em vigor.
A Setranvasf só aplicará a determinação a partir do dia 11 de dezembro para deficientes,idosos e pessoas com necessidades especiais.. O prazo foi dado para que pessoas que tenham o cartão do Bilhete Integrado de Petrolina (Bip), que garante a gratuitidade da passagem, possam revalidar os cartões e garantir a aquisição de créditos, se houver interesse.
